Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Please refer to the Airport Pickup Locations page on our website to know exactly where to meet your driver at the airport you are arriving. He or she will have your name on a sign. For International arrivals, your chauffeur must meet you outside of customs clearance.
Executive Car Service is required to comply with local regulations established by every airport and local traffic authority. These rules vary significantly from one city to the next. Due to ongoing construction in many airports, please call 1-888-825-8855 if you are unable to locate your driver. Please note that these pick-up instructions are for sedans only. When meeting a van or a bus, please call 1-888-825-8855 to get pick-up instructions.
What do I do if I cannot find my driver?
Our dispatch team is always aware of the location of your vehicle. If you do not make contact with your driver at the specified time, simply call us at 1-888-825-8855.
How do I make reservations?
Nationwide car service reservations can be made 24 hours, 365 days a year at or by calling and speaking to one of our friendly Reservation Specialists at 1-888-825-8855.
How do I know if a reservation is accepted?
Once you have placed a reservation on-line, you will receive a confirmation email containing a reservation number and a confirmed status. If you need to book a reservation that is within 24 hours of your pick up time, please call ECS at 1-888-825-8855 to schedule this with one of our Reservation Specialists.
What happens if I decide to keep the sedan or limousine longer than I reserved it?
It’s simple! Just call our office and we will let you keep the vehicle as long as you want.
Whom do I contact if I need to cancel a reservation?
Contact our dispatch team at 1-888-825-8855 to make cancellations. Sedan cancellations require at least 3 hours notice to avoid charges, and vehicles such as limousines, vans and buses require 48-72 hours notice.
What type of vehicles do you have?
Executive Car Service operates Lincoln Town Car executive sedans, stretch limousines, SUV’s, 14 passenger vans, 25 passenger mini buses and coach buses.
Is your Company properly licensed and insured?
Executive Car Service has been in business for over 14 years. We have the proper licensing and carry full insurance on all of our vehicles.
